This fine antique Chinese Export Silver (CES) christening mug has a plain cylindrical bulbous form onto a circular spreading collet foot.
The cylindrical upper portion of the body is plain and unembellished, with a flared rim.
The lower bulbous portion of the body is ornamented with impressive embossed alternating fluted and batwing ornamentation in a swirl design.
